Awesome Local community

We live in an amazing community that is very supportive and today they had organized a fundraiser event for a local man needing brain surgery overseas.
We went along and they had a car wash, face painting, bouncy castle and bake sale. The kids had fun and we supported an a fabulous cause.
We also took the kids for a bike ride while the sun was shining.

First post: Why start a blog?

Reading blogs has been a part of my life over the last 10 years. 10 years ago we got the diagnosis of Infertility and were told that our dream to start a family was going to be difficult and we would need IVF if we were ever going to have biological children. This caused me to feel very alone as I did not really know anyone in real life who had been through anything similar. Me being me needed to gain information and research what was going to happen. I bought lots of memoirs from Amazon and turned to the Internet to gather information.
I learnt so much and was able to question my specialist and be an active participant in our IVF treatment in 2009. This produced our gorgeous daughter Evie in April 2010 and again in 2012 IVF gave us our precious son Lucas.
I documented our journey on my Youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/tinalouisetaylor) and joined Infertility/IVF forums on twitter @paul_and_tina.
I decided now to create a blog as a place to share my precious memories of parenting after IVF/Infertility.
I hope to provide hope to others who may be struggling with their Infertility diagnosis. I actually can look back and am grateful to Infertility as the long hard journey to create my family has made every day special and I am thankful everyday and never take a day for granted. Good luck everyone.

Lucas was 18 months and was much less impressed.
